We are located approximately a 15 minute drive from the town of Gainsborough and approximately a 15 minute drive from the town of Scunthorpe.
At Laughton Croft, we provide:
We have 24 ensuite outdoor bedrooms with two large
communal areas, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and
laundry as well as a separate house called The Cottage which
has a further 5 ensuite bedrooms, one living space and a
kitchen area.

We will take the time to thoroughly understand the daily routine of each person, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and individual preferences are always respected. This involves recognising and accommodating their cultural needs, personal beliefs, and values, alongside providing support with personal care, daily activities, leisure interests, and domestic tasks.
From the very beginning, an in-depth and personalised support plan will be carefully developed, ensuring it reflects the unique requirements and preferences of the individual. These plans will be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they remain relevant and adaptable to any changes in needs or circumstances.
We are committed to making the service user an active participant in their care planning process. Their voice will always be heard, and their choices will be valued at every stage, fostering a sense of empowerment and collaboration in their care journey.
