We will take time to understand the daily routine of each person and maintain their dignity and privacy at all times. This will include cultural needs and beliefs, personal care, activities, leisure interests, and domestic tasks. An in-depth support plan will be created from the very start, ensuring it is regularly updated and adjusted as needed.

The service user will always be involved in the care planning process, with their choices consistently valued.
